Materials

  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 30 g Whole earth Sugar : Equivalent to 60g
  • 12 g Okara powder
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  • Make cream cheese room temperature. If it is cold to use, use defrost feature of a microwave, and microwave half a min.
  • Cut cooking sheet a little bigger than the form. Soak the paper in water and put it on the form.
  • Set oven to 220C(425F).
  • Whip the cream cheese till it becomes smooth.
  • Put all the sugar alternative and mix well.
  • Pour beaten egg in the mix dividing to 2 to 3 times. Mix well.
  • Add Okara powder and mix well.
  • Pour heavy cream little by little mixing.
  • Pour into the form.
  • When the oven reaches to the designated temperature, bake 40 to 50 min on the middle rack.
  • When the surface totally turns to brown, done!
  • Leave the cake for half a day. You can eat it as how it is, or make it colder in a fridge.
