- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 30 g Whole earth Sugar : Equivalent to 60g
- 12 g Okara powder
- 2 Eggs
Make cream cheese room temperature. If it is cold to use, use defrost feature of a microwave, and microwave half a min.
Cut cooking sheet a little bigger than the form. Soak the paper in water and put it on the form.
Set oven to 220C(425F).
Whip the cream cheese till it becomes smooth.
Put all the sugar alternative and mix well.
Pour beaten egg in the mix dividing to 2 to 3 times. Mix well.
Add Okara powder and mix well.
Pour heavy cream little by little mixing.
Pour into the form.
When the oven reaches to the designated temperature, bake 40 to 50 min on the middle rack.
When the surface totally turns to brown, done!
Leave the cake for half a day. You can eat it as how it is, or make it colder in a fridge.
