- 100 g Cream cheese
- 150 ml Heavy cream
- 300 ml Soy milk
- 1 tsp Agar agar
- 30 g Whole earth (Sugar alternative) Sugar amount: 60g
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 Drops Vanilla extract
Make the cream cheese room temperature. If it is solid, make it soft by microwave. Whisk till it gets very soft.
Mix the sugar alternative and the agar agar very well.
Warm the soy milk with low heat. Sprinkle the mix of sugar alternative and agar agar little by little mixing.
Add the cream cheese in the milk mixing. When it is melted, stop the heat.
Add Vanilla extract and lemon juice.
Pour the heavy cream in the milk little by little while mixing.
Put the batter in a mold you want, or on a crust in a mold. Cool down in a fridge for half an hour.
