- 60 g Almond powder
- 25 g Whole Earth If you use sugar: 50g
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50 g Butter
Make the butter to room temperature. If it is cold, use microwave to make it soft.
Mix the almond flour, sugar alternative and salt in a bowl.
Set the oven to 160C/320F.
