Materials

  • 60 g Almond powder
  • 25 g Whole Earth If you use sugar: 50g
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 50 g Butter

Instructions

  • Make the butter to room temperature. If it is cold, use microwave to make it soft.
  • Mix the almond flour, sugar alternative and salt in a bowl.
  • Set the oven to 160C/320F.
  • If you need to put parchment paper, prepare it in a mold. If you put olive oil on the mold beforehand, it will be easier to remove the crust from the mold later.
  • In a mold, spread the dough evenly using flat object.
  • Make a lot of holes on the crust by fork.
  • When the oven reaches to the designated temperature, put the crust in the middle rack of the oven.
  • If you put filling and bake : 13 min
    If you do not bake it later : 20 min
