Materials

  • 4 Eggs
  • 120 ml Soy milk
  • 10 g Butter (Omelet)
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce ★Japanese Worcestershire Sauce, Tonkatsu sauce, Okonomiyaki-sauce, Vegetable sauce can be OK too.
  • 2 tbsp Red wine
  • 8 g Butter

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs, filter it by strainer if possible.
  • Put salt and soy milk in the eggs and whisk well.
  • Warm up the pan with mid heat.
  • 【!】From the moment that you put the piece of butter on the pan, to put the omelet from the pan to a plate has to be within 30 sec.
  • Put butter on the pan and spread the butter, and pour all the mix on the pan immediately.
  • Mix it by spatula scraping solid egg from the bottom constantly, very fast.
  • While the egg is still half done, put all the mix on one side of the pan by spatula, tilting the pan.
  • Flip the egg over on a plate and done.
  • On the same pan, put all the ★ and boil once with mid heat. Stop the heat and put butter.
  • Pour the sauce on the omelet.
