- 20 g Okara powder
- 1 g Baking powder
- 4 g Psyllium
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tsp Olive oil
Set the oven temprature to 170℃/350℉.
Mix Okara powder and Psyllium, baking powder well.
Add olive oil, and then add water little by little mixing till the dough gets solid enough. If you need more water, add little by little keep mixing the dough.
Spread the dough flat between parchment paper like 5mm(1/8 inch).
Put in a oven and bake about 6 min. Flip the sides and bake another 6 min. You may fry the chips if you want. The instruction follows below.
(If you want to fry the Chips)
Heat at least 5mm(1/8 inch) of oil from bottom of a pan with medium heat(170℃/350℉) . When the temperature reaches, place the chips carefully with tongs. Do not overcrowd in the pan.
Fry about 1-2 min and done!
