Cheese cake NO BAKE recipe using Agar Agar [KETO] | Only 7 steps to make!

You use Cream cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice and agar for this recipe. Very fresh yet creamy taste is perfect for the summer time :)

Materials

  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 150 ml Heavy cream
  • 300 ml Soy milk
  • 1 tsp Agar agar
  • 30 g Whole earth (Sugar alternative) Sugar amount: 60g
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Drops Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Make the cream cheese room temperature. If it is solid, make it soft by microwave. Whisk till it gets very soft.
  • Mix the sugar alternative and the agar agar very well.
  • Warm the soy milk with low heat. Sprinkle the mix of sugar alternative and agar agar little by little mixing.
  • Add the cream cheese in the milk mixing. When it is melted, stop the heat.
  • Add Vanilla extract and lemon juice.
  • Pour the heavy cream in the milk little by little while mixing.
  • Put the batter in a mold you want, or on a crust in a mold. Cool down in a fridge for half an hour.
