Materials

  • 80 g Lily Chocolate (Stevia sweetened) *If you use unsweetened chocolate, you may add sugar (20g) or any sugar alternative.
  • 500 ml Soy Milk
  • 130 ml Heavy cream
  • 1.5 tsp Agar agar
  • 0.5 tsp Whole earth sugar alternative *IF you use sugar: 1tsp
  • 100 ml Hot water

Instructions

  • Mix sugar alternative and agar agar very well.
  • Boil water in a pot with middle heat. Sprinkle agar agar little by little mixing. Try not to make any lump in it.
  • When the water is boiled, put the soy milk and chocolate at once. Mix very well till you see no lump of chocolate in it. Stop the heat before it starts boiling.
  • Add the heavy cream in the pot and mix very well.
  • Put the mix in molds you like. After temperature goes down, keep them in a fridge to make them cold.
  • Add some fruits or any topping as you want!
