Do you know any good recipe to make Chocolate + Agar dessert?

Yes, and it is very easy to make!

Hi, I am Leto. I have been working on Ketogenic diet for a year now. I have been looking for good Ketogenic recipes from all over the world these days.

This is “Chocolate Pudding” recipe, and it uses agar agar instead of egg to make the pudding mix solid.

It takes 10 min or so to prepare the mix, using only one pot.

As the recipe is Ketogenic, I am using Lily’s chocolate which is sweetened by Stevia sweetener.

If you want to use unsweetened chocolate, and sugar to make it sweeter, you can add 20g of sugar, or sugar alternative equivalent to the amount.

Though as 20g is very light, you may add more sugar if you prefer very sweet taste.

Chocolate + Agar recipe| Key ingredients to make it Keto

If you are on Ketogenic diet, there are some ingredients that I recommend you to keep in your kitchen.

Agar Agar

Agar agar is an ingredient that makes liquid solid. As it is made by seaweed, it contains almost no carbs in it.

It does not have any taste or smell, and can be used to make from gummy bears, to jelly, and even cheese!

Lily’s Chocolate

For the chocolate, I am using this Lily’s chocolate. As it is sweetened by Stevia, it is low-carb and keto friendly.

You can make very good cookies or cakes out of this chocolate!

Whole earth | sugar alternative

For sugar alternative, I recommend “Whole Earth.” It is made of Stevia extract and monk fruit, and does not contain carbs.

It looks and tastes exactly like sugar, but the amount you need is only the half of normal one. That saves space in your kitchen 🙂
