- 75 g Almond powder
- 10 g Psyllium husk
- 4 g Baking powder
- 5 g Whole earth *Equivalent to 10g of sugar
- 1.5 g Himalayan pink salt
- 1 Egg
- 5 ml Apple cider vinegar
- 85 ml Hot water
- 15 g Walnut or pecan Crush before use
Set the oven to 400F. Spread the baking paper on the oven pan, Boil water.
Put almond powder, psyllium husk, baking powder, Himalayan salt and whisk.
Add egg and apple cider vinegar and whisk more..
Add hot water little by little mixing. After adding all the water, mix thoroughly for 3 minutes.
Add walnut or pecan and mix more.
Cut the dough to 4 pieces and make rolls and place them on the pan. Please make space among the rolls as they get bigger in the oven.
When oven temperature reaches 400F, put the pan in it.
Bake 20 min. After 20min, take the pan out and cool down.
