Yes, you can easily make a crust with almond flour!


Hi, I am Leto, I have been on Ketogenic diet for a while. As I love eating sweets, I have been searching good Ketogenic recipes from all over the world all the time.


This is the recipe for Keto crust recipe. It is very easy, and you can make it within half an hour including baking.


Even though it is ketogenic, the texture and the taste is as great as normal crust, which are made by all purpose flour or normal sugar.

Keto crust recipe |The features of the crust

The recipe of the crust of almond flour is very simple. The ingredients that you need is only four.

This crust can be used for sweets like Cheesecake, Chocolate tart, Fruits tart, strawberry tart and so on.


If you replace the sugar by a pinch of salt, and some garlic powder, it can be used as the base for the quiche with eggs and veggies.


You can use any mold for this crust. If you use small ones, you can create mini cute tarts!


Keto crust recipe | Ingredients

Ingredients are as follows;


  • Almond powder

  • Whole earth (Sugar alternative)

  • Salt(I am using pink Himalayan salt)

  • Butter



As this recipe is Ketogenic, it does not use normal sugar. I personally recommend “Whole Earth” as sugar alternative.


The Whole earth is made of stevia leaf and monk fruit, and it does not contain almost any carbs in it. Though it tastes exactly like sugar.


Also, you need only half the amount of sugar, so that you can save space in your kitchen.

Keto crust recipe | How to make it

1 Make the butter to room temperature. If it is cold, use microwave to make it soft.

2 Mix the almond flour, sugar alternative and salt in a bowl.


3 Set the oven to 160C/320F.


4 If you need to put parchment paper, prepare it in a mold. If you put olive oil on the mold beforehand, it will be easier to remove the crust from the mold later.


5 In a mold, spread the dough evenly using flat object.


6 Make a lot of holes on the crust by fork.


7 When the oven reaches to the designated temperature, put the crust in the middle rack of the oven.


8 If you put filling and bake : 13 min
If you do not bake it later : 20 min

The crust has been already baked, and the batter of cheesecake is in it
